Whiled is a home goods brand, creating products designed for downtime. Whiled was founded with a simple mission in mind: to help the world slow down and reclaim downtime. We make thoughtfully-designed products that encourage moments for leisure, connection, and play, freeing you from distractions and “musts.” Our first product is a collection of artful jigsaw puzzles.
The notion of “whiling away” the hours harkens back to the 1800s, an era in which being stimulated and also unproductive was widely celebrated. “While away" was the "hang out" of the 19th century, a phrase that was used enough times they added it to the dictionary. We love that it describes a specific way of spending your time: You're not doing much of anything, but you’re not bored, either. Leisure at its finest. Is there anything better?

Our Founder and CEO is Alisha Ramos and our team is a small bunch, operating out of cities on both coasts and in between.

Shipping is free for all orders over $100 that are shipped domestic ground. Standard domestic ground shipping in the continental United States is a flat $7 rate. Expedited domestic ground shipping in the continental United States is a flat $15 rate. Shipping to non-continental United States is a flat $15 rate. All shipping fees are nonrefundable if the item has shipped.
All orders are processed within 48 business hours, and should take 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on where you’re located. You should receive a tracking number once we have processed your order, so you’ll know exactly when you’ll receive your package. Please note that delays may be caused by COVID-19, and particularly during the holiday season.

If your item has been marked as 'delivered' but has not arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to show up. Packages can sometimes be scanned as 'delivered' when in fact they are still en route. Please note that Whiled is unable to replace lost or stolen items. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. You can reach out directly to the courier (such as USPS or UPS) to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.
Whiled puzzles are printed on 100% recycled paper and made in the USA. The paper has a matte-finish, for glare-free puzzling (and admiring). The box also has a soft, matte-finish, luxurious to the touch. The box and pieces are recyclable.
You will receive your puzzle in its box, pieces kept together in a polybag, and a 100% cotton reusable pouch. You can use this pouch for storing the pieces, or for anything else really — the world is your oyster.
We recommend gluing it together and framing the puzzle — Whiled puzzle art was created with this end goal in mind. Start your own Whiled art gallery! We also love having a puzzle swap with friends, or simply stowing the puzzle away on your bookshelf or in the reusable pouch your puzzle comes with for another cozy day.
